We are on permanent stand-by to work alongside other external service-providers and internal management to assist in (i) company, tax and other legal questions arising in the context of the normal daily operation of a business, as well as (ii) the conception and definition of strategy and policy. In this regard, we can provide support at all stages of business strategy and policy development and implementation, from initial regulatory/legal feasibility analysis to the structuring, negotiation and documentation of complex operations such as mergers and acquisitions and reorganisation of business undertakings.

In addition to the above services our teams' wide knowledge of and experience in every aspect of business law enables our firm to perform specific one-off analysis with respect to any particular advisory issue or to any situation of a litigious nature. Regarding litigation, our solid experience and successful track record allow us to efficiently represent our clients at all Jurisdictional levels; our service provides clients with proper, proactive and professional management of the litigation process including coordination with and monitoring all parties involved such as public agencies, court officials, experts, process-servers and any other relevant professionals.
FORMATION
Our constant research and the elaboration of our publications allow us to maintain real-time awareness and analysis of developments regarding legal thinking and proposed and applicable rules.
In order to respond to the concerns of our clients and of certain public decision makers and in addition to our publication efforts, we regularly organize seminars to enable the exchanging of views concerning and the enhancement of our clients understanding with respect to constant evolving subjects: labour law, economic regulations, tax law, regulations applicable to French "associations" (a type of entity similar to a society), to banking and finance and to public services agencies. Our seminars can also be personalized to respond to defined issues on which our clients’ staff members require assistance. |
