is a law firm composed by lawyers specialized on corporate law. It results from the merger, on 1998, of two law firms that have been working together for more than 20 years.

Our firm has two offices (Poitiers and Paris), having personal of almost 80 people (among lawyers and employees). Our clients are essentially regional and national companies, acting among the following sectors: distribution, technologic, multimedia, transports, internet, metallurgy, agro-aliments, chemicals, medical, clothing, fashion, printing, automobiles and its equipments, aeronautic and advertising.

TEN FRANCE works for the regional authorities in both public and associative sectors, especially on sanitary and labour sectors. We also have a department focusing on private issues.
All law domains are well represented within our office for both counselling and litigious areas, what allows our consultants to assist our clients in continues and progressive way. And so, in its practices areas, Ten France is the permanent counsel and partner of its clients (whether companies and other public authorities, or in the associative sector).

Finally, TEN FRANCE has an European vocation through the EEIG TEN (a group existing since 1988 from which it is one of the founders).

English, Spanish, Portugese and German are spoken; for other foreign languages, the firm uses translators.
